The 2017 The Hague Grand Prix is scheduled to be held in the Netherlands, from 17-19 November with participation of 262 judoka from 46 countries.
Although six judo practitioners represented Iran in the tournament, only Saeid Molaei and Javad Mahjoub managed to stand in the third place bringing home two bronze medals.
Mahjoub, who previously competed in -100kg weight group, faced rivals in +100kg division this year and managed to stand on the third podium.
Mohammad Reshnonejad (-60kh), Ghasem Nourizadeh (-66kg), Mahdi Fathipour (-73kg), Saeid Molaei (-81kg), Ramin Safavieh (-100kg) as well as Javad Mahjoub (+100kg) comprised the Persian outfit at the upcoming Grand Prix event.
Iranian judo practitioners were accompanied by Mohammad Mansouri as the head coach and Mohsen Zakaria as the coach.
